    Routines can become just that —routine, mundane, a box to check. I feel like this metaphor is a good jumping off point to examine our morning routines and determine if we have practices in place that allow us to connect with our true selves. Stick with me as we talk through this metaphor.

    Success, happiness, and inner peace aren't just happy accidents—they're cultivated through consistent practice and intentional living. Our spiritual gym is where we do the heavy lifting of personal growth, breaking through the limiting beliefs that hold us back and embracing the practices that elevate us. 🚀
