    I know during the holiday season, I get swept up in the hosting, the shopping, the planning, decorating, baking… you name it. There’s always lunch with this group of friends to catch up, a holiday party, holiday shows, church functions, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities… There's no end to what we could be doing or what we think we should be doing, but while all that is going on, it’s important to take a moment for yourself to breathe and get centered. I hope that with this meditation, you can create small pockets of peace when you need them. Enjoy, and I will check back in with you afterwards.

    • What small changes can you make to create similar moments of tranquility amidst the busyness?

    • Write down your thoughts and ideas on how you can incorporate these peaceful pauses into your daily routine this holiday season.

    Take your time with these questions. Sit with them, revisit them, and most importantly, act on them. It’s time to turn your insight into action.

    There are no limits to this exercise - let your mind roam free, and be as detailed and creative as you can. The more vivid your visualization, the more tangible your dream will feel.
